TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
You can order any of the products listed on our website by following the checkout process, over the phone on 0086-13526737763 or by e-mailing us on ihuahoo.com. Occasionally the product of your choice may not be available.
Should this be the case, you will be notified and given the option to change your order to an alternative product or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
2. Prices and payments
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to all over the world destinations. After your order is received, we will send you an e-mail, confirming the details of your order and the price paid. Please note, your order will only be processed on receipt of cleared funds.
3. Online payment security
Your basket, checkout and members areas of our site are secured with GeoTrust SSL certificate and all personal information is encrypted with 256 bit encryption.

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 24 hours but occasionally can up to 7-20 days from receiving cleared payment. Please note, delivery make take longer if you are from different country.
We can organise for your order to be delivered to an alternative address. Please use the “Shipping Address” option on our checkout page.
If you miss your delivery the courier will either attempt to re-deliver your order or will leave a card through your door, asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery on a day convenient for you.
5. Returns and “Try Our Rug For 30 Days” offer
We understand that sometimes you need to see the rug in your own home to make a decision. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours from receiving the rug and return it to us in the original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please note: This option is only available for orders delivered within the US. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us and will be under a duty to take care of the goods until they are delivered to us. Please do not return your rug without contacting us first as your return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the return we will inspect the rug and issue a refund within 7 days.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
If you live in the EU you may still return your rug. Please note, however, that we subsidise part of the delivery costs to all EU destinations. Should you chose to return your rug, an administration charge of 10% of the cost of the rug or £50 whichever is the greater, will be applied before the refund is issued to cover delivery charges incurred by us.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on special order items, international deliveries, custom made or special orders.
6. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. A contract is not formed on you placing the order, making payment nor on receipt of the order acknowledgement. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled or not accepted. Very occasionally mistakes may happen resulting in products described not being available or available at a different price. In this case your order will not be accepted and you will be offered to amend your order or receive a refund.
7. Cancellation of the order
You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. If you would like to return you rug after it has been delivered, please see section 5. Please note that custom made orders or special orders cannot be cancelled or returned once an order has been placed.
8. Clearance/Sale Section
The reductions shown are reductions from the original price charged on the website. Occasionally these prices may have applied more than six months ago. Discounts and promotional offers are offered on selected items only.
9. Offer of the Month
Offers of the months are valid for a limited time only and available to all new and existing customers. The offers of the months cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or discount offers unless otherwise stated.
10. Faulty items
All our goods are inspected before being dispatched. Should the goods be damaged in transit please refuse the delivery or sign for the goods as “damaged” and contact us within 48hrs of delivery with details and photos of the damage. Damaged rugs will be replaced or refunded in full within 7 days.
If the fault is not confirmed when we inspect it, the buyer will be liable for all shipment charges for the return and replacement.
Please note, shedding is not unusual for wool rugs and is not considered to be a fault.
The sizes are for guideline only and slight variations of up to 5% may occur.
We make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products accurately, but there might be variations depending on your monitor settings. We will not accept the rug as faulty if its shade/colour is different from the one displayed on your screen.
11. Our right to cancel
On reserve the right to cancel the order if the goods ordered are no longer available for any reason or if our courier company cannot deliver to your address. Should this be the case, we will contact you by e-mail and offer an alternative product or refund the money in full within 7 days.
12. Use of the website
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
13. Limitation of liability
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
